Arsenal will be boosted by the news that Barcelona have made it clear that they will sanction the loan move of Ibrahim Afellay before the transfer window closes.
The 26-year-old attacking midfielder who can play in the wings as well had a torrid time last season, managing only four appearances last season, with injury restricting the burgeoning progress of the Dutch international.
Host of English clubs are interested in getting him on loan, but Arsenal and derby rivals Spurs are very keen to land him up. The Catalan club are not keen on to selling him permanently but would be happy to let him go on loan to gain confidence with regular playing time.
There can be no doubt about the mercurial talent of the winger, who if can remain fit can prove to be an asset for any team. Arsene Wenger proclaimed few days back that he would go for any signing only if a quality player is available on the market.
After missing Real Madrid’s Nuri Sahin to Liverpool, the Frenchman might be looking to bring the former PSV man at the Emirates to bolster his attacking options.
Question is, will Arsenal take this opportunity to land a player clearly not wanted at his own club and that is a highly regarded talent.

we dont need Afellay after his loan he will like to go back to Barcelona so i will advice wenger to go for lsco who we can enjoy for many years
Reading through all the various articles published, one can that Asernal need a very good DM and an offensive one which can complement Carzola. Moussa Dembele and Cabaye of Fullam and Newcastle fit this bill. If with the addition of this two Asernal would be a match for any team.

Yeah is really a good add to the team…but to my own point of view to the club at the moment. I think we need a defensive midfielder and one more striker…coz we only have one striker at the moment…coz we can’t rely on chamakh and bendtner.
