There have been reports which have claimed we are lining up a surprise move for Spartak Moscow striker Emmanuel Emenike in the summer for a fee of around £10 million.
The powerful striker has been impressive over the last few seasons and we have reportedly sent out scouts to take a good look at the ability and potential that he possesses.
And according to reports on the Daily Express website, we are ready to challenge Liverpool for his services and bring him to the Emirates.
He has scored seven goals in all competitions for Spartak this season, which isn’t a whole lot considering what our front men currently have, but we are just looking to strengthen and not replace.
The boss is looking to spend in the summer and has reportedly made some of Europe’s best strikers his top targets. But considering his track record in previous seasons, he will most likely go out and try to bring in a player like Emenike who is pretty much unknown but has a lot of potential.
So although we would like to see top names arrive, realistically that is not going to be the case.

He will be a nice addition becos of his strenght and vigor, just imagin POLDI, EMeNIKE, WALCOTT Up front.

If we are going to strengthen the squad it needs to be players of a higher quality than what we have not less. our best front 3 are walcott giroud podolski with i would say chamberlain gervinho and arshavin as the current back up. that for me will be one short when arshavin leaves on a free in the summer. but lets not forget that campbell afobe and ryo should all return in the summer then there is still wellington bendtner chamakh park and gnabry.
