Spanish winger Santi Cazorla has set up his heart on joining Arsenal and will look forward to pushing through a move despite Malaga are in talks to sell the club to Albanian oil magnate Rezart Taci.
The Qatari owners at the club have injected 150m Euros since taking over in June 2010.The club under Manuel Pellegrini finished fourth last season however the Spanish outfit owes around £40m in unpaid wages and transfer fees and taxes.
With that they face the prospect of relegation and further their UEFA license may be cancelled if they fail to provide any quick solution.
The ex-Villarreal midfielder feels a victim of broken promises and wants to leave the club. He reportedly has spoken with Arsenal over a potent move to London, and the Gunners are looking forward to lodging a bid around £18m for the 27-year-old.
The club expects it to be enough to price him away from the financial tantrums at Estadio La Rosaleda while Cazorla’s agent will confirm the club about the player’s desire to play for Arsenal.
