Arsenal are about to make a move for Fenerbahce star Moussa Sow, in a £17 million swoop, according to reports on the TuttoMercato website.
It is no secret that we are looking to add a striker or two in the summer window and have been linked with some top-quality strikers in the last few months.
The Senegalese international striker could leave in the summer to gain some experience in England and according to his agent, Shervin Nikoui, the Gunners are willing to offer €20 million.
Sow has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool, but the chance to play at the Emirates and in the Champions League would surely be an opportunity he is unable to turn down.
However, although I do not doubt his ability, we could get the likes of Real Madrid star Gonzalo Higuain for the same price and we would all agree that the Argentinean would be a better buy.
